I found a fairly decent improvement with these settings. However I am using aluminum heads and think I have some more room to move. Thanks for the template.

Glad to hear you liked it. Aluminum heads usually find best power at 31-34 degrees total from 3,000rpm and up, or about four degrees more timing overall. You will be most apt to ping around maximum torque but can usually go higher on either side of max torque - the dyno or track will help you determine exactly how far you can go.

I increased the spark somewhat and then adjusted a little to eliminate any ping. It runs much stronger now and seems to be more consistent through rpm's. With my old tune, it seemed to lag a little at lower rpm. Your settings changed that. I used these settings at first with the stock bin and had some issues with idle. I went with the j4j1 bin with your settings and the idle improved tremendously. Thanks
